“All I can strive to be is the absolute best possible version of myself.”
My clients ARE my business and as your Realtor, I will strive to exceed your every expectation and make your real estate transaction a successful endeavor…because I truly care. I am in this for the long haul. I work on your time table. If there is a question I can answer, or some information I can provide, just give me a call. You have my promise that I will work at your pace, not mine.
Your home is often your biggest investment, and it is my job to advise you how to maximize that investment. But houses are more than just homes, they are the foundation for you and your family. I take that to heart when I work with you. I look beyond the dollar signs, the fresh paint and the shampooed carpet to see what potential lies within a home, and how that home meets your needs.
I moved to Arizona from Southern California back in 1983 to attend Arizona State University. I had planned to move back to my beloved Huntington Beach the moment I graduated, but somehow the desert changed all that for me. I put down roots in the Valley of the Sun and never looked back, well, except for the trips in the summer for a little cool, beach time.
Before I became a Realtor, I spent 14 years as an aerospace engineer – yes, I was a Rocket Scientist! Because I come from a technical background, I avoid the whole “salesperson” approach to my business. I am a problem solver, a researcher, a negotiator and a facilitator. Believe it or not, that’s what makes me a great Realtor! I focus on the needs of my clients first, because I value the relationship with each and every one of them. And there are plenty of services I offer that do not depend on you moving!
I know many people are reluctant to contact Realtors because they are afraid that they will be coerced into selling their home or be whisked away in a Realtor’s car to buy property they really don’t want. Real estate transactions are most successful when the Realtor and the client work as partners to identify the clients needs and determine a strategy to meet those needs. Sometimes that process takes days, sometimes weeks and sometimes months or even years.
I am a single mom of four awesome boys, and I have seen what a wonderful place Arizona is to raise a family. Great schools, lots of recreational opportunities and strong communities that make us feel part of something bigger. Despite phenomonal growth and incredible changes here in Arizona, we still enjoy a small town feel, where you can say “Howdy” to your neighbors at the local Fry’s or enjoy a summer night at the football field, cheering on the kids you have known since they were in kindergarten.
