The prospect of foreclosure can be financially and emotionally devastating, and often homeowners proceed without guidance of any kind. This hardship affects families in every neighborhood in the Phoenix Metro area.  In June 2009, almost 75%  of all homes sold – that’s 3 our of every 4 homes sold- were in a distressed state, either bank-owned or short sale.  Those kinds of statistics are going to be here for a while.
