Getting Prequalified for Your Mortgage

As soon as possible, you should consult with a lender to determine what options you have available to finance your home purchase.  The lender can pre-qualify you to define your buying power and make your home search more productive.  It is much easier to look for homes that you know you can afford, than homes you wish you could afford.

With the current financial climate you choice of lender is more critical than ever.  Be sure to talk to potential lenders with a critical eye towards their ability to serve your needs.  A decision based soley on the interest rate quoted may not be the best decision in the long run.  Your lender needs to experienced, responsive and committed to making your transactiona successful one.  Do they answer their phone?  Can you communicate comfortably with them? Do they answer all your questions? Do they provide written details of the loan program they are recommending?

It is critical to choose a lender who will go to bat for you.  Too many deals fail to close due to the lender’s inability to perform…don’t let that happen to you.

I would like to recommend three mortgage professionals who really stand out above the crowd.  Please feel free to contact them and discuss your mortgage options or to answer any finiancing questions you may have.  All three have online applications to get you started quickly.

Be sure to tell them I sent you…they will take great care of you!
