With the deadline for the First Time Buyer Tax Credit just around the corner, it may be now or never for many first time home buyers. Unfortunately, many home buyers do not realize how difficult it is to compete in this market at the lower price ranges.
A look at some recent sales activity in Queen Creek, a popular area for first time buyers, reveals the challenges they face.
