Heading Downtown – Glendale, AZ – 2009 in Review

I am heading downtown to check out some of the downtown destinations in Metro Phoenix and review how each town fared in the 2009 real estate market.
My westernmost destination is Glendale, whose historic district hosts many fabulous events each year, including Glendale Glitters, the Glendale Chocolate Affaire and the annual Jazz and Blues Festival. It’s also a great place to shop for antiques!

I have recently been certified as a distressed property expert (CDPE) to allow me to better serve those who may be struggling with their finances and may be looking at a possible foreclosure. My goal is to help these folks evaluate all their options and choose the best course of action.
