Heading Downtown – Scottsdale, AZ – 2009 in Review

I am heading downtown to check out some of the downtown destinations in Metro Phoenix and review how each town fared in the 2009 real estate market.
Arguably, the best known city in Arizona is Scottsdale, known for its upscale lifestyle. But the Old Town Scottsdale area has retained its historical charm with a dash of hip and cool.
