you earn 3% of the purchase price no matter how much or how little you do for your client.

if every loan officer made 3% of the loan amount we would still be behind. and of course we only earn or get paid 1/2 of what the borrower pays, i don&#039;t believe that is the same with realtors.

show a home write a contract make a fortune and blame the loan officer if things don&#039;t go well....
