Kristin, great series. One thing I always tell people is realize almost everyone down there buying a property is a professional. Don’t think you are going to outsmart them, if they are not bidding and you are bidding there may be a reason. If you really want to pick up a house this way I think it is worth spending a a couple thousand and hire a professional to help you through the process. (I am not a professional).
